Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Padukone School of Badminton.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions provided below shall apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Padukone School of Badminton, located at Padukone Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence, Survey No. 336, Bettahalasuru, Jala Hobli, Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale through our service.

• Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

• Service refers to the Website.

• Website refers to Padukone School of Badminton accessible at [Insert Website URL].

• You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on behalf of which the individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods or a third party (other than the carrier) that you have appointed takes possession of the product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision clearly. You can notify us by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original Order, without any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.

• The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized Goods.

• Goods that are perishable, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.

• Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions at our discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded, unless this exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send the Goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for Goods lost or damaged in transit. We cannot process a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
