Our Mission

Our mission is to introduce 10% of school children and 10 million working professionals to the sport, while empowering badminton players to pursue coaching as a rewarding career.Operating in 14 cities and counting, PSB is committed to expanding its footprint across the country to meet the growing demand for grassroots badminton coaching. With a standardized coaching methodology, we have built a scalable program that is accessible to all, regardless of age or skill level.

Every PSB player benefits from the expertise of a network of 70+ coaches spread across 45+ coaching centers nationwide.     An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and IIT Bombay, Aveek has held leadership positions at top startups like Delhivery, Yulu, and Homelane. A sports enthusiast himself, he is passionate about using his entrepreneurial acumen to grow PSB’s reach and impact.

    With an MBA and a background in management consulting, Sriharsha brings a strategic vision to PSB’s expansion and development, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of badminton coaching.

  • Aditya Prakash

    Head of Coaching

    A national champion across all youth categories, Aditya has represented India at the highest levels, including the Youth Commonwealth Games, where he won a silver medal. He has been awarded the Ekalavya Award in 2012 and has coached players to excel at both national and international levels.
